If I reserve a date, how much money is due upfront?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within five business days of signing your contract. The remaining balance is due no later than thirty days prior to the date of your event.
Do you accept monthly payments?
Yes, once your deposit has been made, monthly installments can be made either by check or direct withdrawal. Monthly payments will be made until thirty days prior to your event. At this time your balance must be paid in full.
Can you tell me more about financing?
Financing is available through PayTrace. Recurring monthly payments will continue for 6 to 12 months and will include a 10% convenience fee.
What happens if I need to cancel?
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation for the remaining balance must be made within 30 days prior to the event date and to be received in writing via US Mail or email.
Is alcohol included in any of your packages?
There is no alcohol included in any of the packages. What is included: Alcohol Consultation. During this one on one consultation we will narrow down alcohol to mixer ratios, quantities, cost, cocktail recipes and more.
Can we do a cash bar?
Unfortunately, due to liquor licensing laws and regulations, only an open bar is permitted on a private venue without a liquor license.
What is all included in the Liquor Liability Insurance?
General liability, bodily injury, property damage and liquor liability are all included in the Liquor Liability Insurance policy.
